Salmon Burger recipe for the May 2011 newsletter. This recipe has a little kick, but not to much of one.
1 (12 oz.)Can Salmon
1 egg white
1/4 cup Green onion
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
1 medium garlic clove or 1 TSP minced Garlic
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 TSP Pimiento
In a large bowl mix together the salmon, egg white, green onion, bread crumbs, garlic, dill, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and pimiento. Form into patties and cook on a skillet. Be careful flipping them as they can fall apart.
